Softing AG: Annual target raised again
The significantly strengthened earnings situation in the Industrial division, the dominant core business of the Softing Group, continued in the second quarter. In addition to the reduction of delivery backlogs, which have risen sharply since 2021, the organic expansion of new business also made a significant contribution.
The annual target for operating EBIT, the main control variable in the Softing Group, was already raised to EUR 4.5 million after the company became aware of its performance in the first quarter.
The surprisingly strong positive development from the first quarter continued in the second quarter despite increased costs and is holding steady.
Softing is therefore raising its annual target for operating EBIT by a good 20% to EUR 5.5 million.
